Responsibilities
Design, deploy, and maintain state-of-the-art cloud-native platform with a strong emphasis on automation and software engineering principles
Collaborate closely with software and quality assurance engineers to enable high-quality software delivery and enhance services' reliability
Apply deep understanding of web application development, modern frameworks, and production engineering to solve unique challenges
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
3+ years of Experience as a Software Engineer working on Web Application Development
5+ years working with Infrastructure as Code
5+ years working with one or more major cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure)
5+ years of experience managing Linux and containerized environments such as Kubernetes, Nomad, or Docker Swarm
5+ years of experience working with Production environments
Strong understanding of SDLCs and supporting tools
Strong experience with common infrastructure components, including load balancing, container orchestration, and database systems
Excellent understanding of software design principles and architecture
Hands-on experience developing Continuous integration pipelines
Hands-on experience with one or more common web frameworks
Experience supporting Production environments
At least one object oriented language (e.g., Java, PHP, Ruby, JavaScript/TypeScript)
Preferred
Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
Experience with GitOps, Helm, ArgoCD, or FluxCD
Experience building Incident Management procedures
Experience building SLO dashboards and observability frameworks
Familiarity with Security and Compliance best practices
Experience with cloud Cost Management
