Responsibilities
Lead all accounting functions across the division including general accounting, AP, AR, credit & collections, and cash application
Drive world-class weekly and monthly close discipline while strengthening internal controls and governance
Partner with operations to provide financial insight, variance analysis, and decision support
Direct operating and capital budgeting processes with rigorous ROI analysis
Play a key leadership role in ERP transformation and rebuilding scalable finance processes post-go-live
Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing accounting team within a shared services model
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA strongly preferred
5-10 years of experience in a manufacturing or product-based accounting environment
Demonstrated success supporting ERP implementations and large-scale finance transformations
Strong knowledge of GAAP, cost accounting, inventory management, budgeting, and capital investment analysis
Experience working in multi-plant or shared services environments
Proven leadership experience building and managing accounting teams
