Responsibilities
Oversight of the complete accounting cycle: GL, AP, AR, payroll, intercompany accounting, and multi-entity consolidations
Ownership of P&L performance across business units, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and monthly/quarterly reporting
Management of month-end and year-end close processes, external audits, and GAAP-compliant financial reporting
Development, implementation, and continuous improvement of internal controls, policies, and compliance frameworks
Collaboration with executive leadership on strategic planning, financial modeling, cost control initiatives, and KPI tracking
Administration of tax filings, intercompany accounting, and cash flow management
Identification and execution of systems and process improvements, including reporting enhancements and automation initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
5+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience, including P&L ownership and multi-entity environments
Demonstrated experience owning close processes and leading accounting operations
Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, audit readiness, internal controls, and compliance standards
Advanced analytical skills, including forecasting, budgeting, variance explanations, and scenario modeling
Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., Sage Intacct) and advanced Excel/reporting tools
Ability to clearly communicate financial results and insights to non-finance stakeholders
Willingness to travel up to ~10% to support oversight across legal entities
