System Center Service Manager Admin
Cynet Systems is seeking a System Center Service Manager Admin responsible for administering, configuring, and maintaining the Service Manager environment. This role involves collaborating with business units and technical teams to ensure the reliability and efficiency of the Service Manager platform.

Responsibilities
Collect and develop business requirements for Service Manager requests
Create, maintain, and update Service Manager request offerings, service offerings, and connectors
Develop and maintain Orchestrator workflows and automation using PowerShell
Maintain, update, and patch System Center, Orchestrator, and Cireson platforms
Act as a subject matter expert for the Service Manager environment
Serve as a liaison between technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership
Develop and refine the Service Manager request intake process
Lead efforts to migrate the existing Service Manager environment to updated standards
Provide recommendations to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and platform performance
Support compliance with healthcare and regulatory requirements
Qualification
Required
Minimum three years of experience supporting Microsoft System Center in a development role
Minimum three years of administrative experience with Microsoft Azure
Minimum five years of administrative experience with Microsoft Windows Server
Minimum three years of experience working within an IT methodology framework such as ITIL or MITA
Recent experience with Microsoft System Center Service Manager
Experience administering and supporting SCSM including configuration, customization, and integration with SCCM, SCOM, and Orchestrator
Experience configuring Service Manager requests, incidents, changes, and services
Experience with Windows Server administration including patching and maintenance
Experience with Microsoft PowerShell version five point one or newer
Experience working in an enterprise level Microsoft System Center environment
Experience with Microsoft System Center Orchestrator and workflow development
Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and its use in supporting System Center
Experience managing users and groups in Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID
Experience with Cireson Web Portal including configuration and maintenance
Experience supporting major system migrations and large scale implementations
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Preferred
Microsoft Server Administration certifications are preferred
Working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, XML, PowerBI, SQL, and PowerShell
Experience with healthcare or healthcare related environments
Experience installing and maintaining Cireson products
