Senior Territory Sales Manager

Bow Robotics is excited to announce an opportunity for a Senior Territory Sales Manager to help fuel our continued growth across both new and existing markets. In this role, you’ll own a national sales territory and lead the expansion of our Parts, Service, and Repair offerings, focusing on building strong customer relationships and strategic selling.

Responsibilities

Grow and manage a defined sales territory
Drive revenue through BOW’s Parts, Service, and Repair offerings
Build and execute a strategic territory sales plan
Identify, qualify, and close new opportunities across automotive, general manufacturing, industrial, and more
Conduct on-site Service Audits to uncover expansion opportunities
Grow business across key robotic brands
Maintain a strong sales forecast, pipeline, and long-cycle opportunities
Partner with Sales Ops, Leadership, and the Addtronics CRO to drive results
Use Salesforce daily to manage leads and track performance
Support quoting and estimating to deliver accurate proposals
Represent Bow Robotics at trade shows
Deliver high-quality sales presentations aligned with company goals

Required

Experience in strategic selling
Strong field-based customer relationship skills
Ability to collaborate seamlessly across teams
Based in Indiana, Michigan, or Northern Ohio
Experience in a hands-on, customer-facing environment
Energized by travel and meeting customers on-site
Ability to build territory momentum
Experience in managing a defined sales territory
Ability to drive revenue through Parts, Service, and Repair offerings
Experience in building and executing a strategic territory sales plan
Ability to identify, qualify, and close new opportunities across automotive, general manufacturing, industrial, and more
Experience conducting on-site Service Audits to uncover expansion opportunities
Ability to grow business across key robotic brands
Experience maintaining a strong sales forecast, pipeline, and long-cycle opportunities
Ability to partner with Sales Ops, Leadership, and the Addtronics CRO to drive results
Experience using Salesforce to manage leads and track performance

Benefits

Commission: Uncapped
Year 1 OTE: ~$120,000
