Support finance transformation and systems improvement initiatives
Analyze data and deliver reports, dashboards, and insights
Assist with planning and execution of finance-related projects
Gather requirements and partner with functional and technical stakeholders
Create documentation and communicate findings and recommendations
Identify risks, resolve issues, and support leadership decision-making
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in a Business Systems Analyst or similar role
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, MIS, or related field
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Experience supporting projects (Agile/Waterfall); tools like JIRA, Smartsheets, or Airtable a plus
Detail-oriented, organized, and process-improvement focused
Preferred
Experience with planning tools such as Anaplan, TM1, or Adaptive Planning
