Business Development Representative (US)
RealVNC is a leading remote access platform that empowers engineers with reliable and secure solutions. The Business Development Representative will engage warm leads, qualify sales opportunities, and support the Account Executives by booking product demonstrations and conducting initial discovery calls.

Responsibilities
Representing RealVNC’s products and services professionally and knowledgably
Be the face of RealVNC on the prospects first engagement with our company
Researching accounts, identifying key players, generating interest and developing opportunities
Consistently hitting KPIs and targets
Opening and closing a mix of small opportunities
Supporting Marketing and ABM campaigns and prospecting into target Companies
Ensuring data is clean, accurate and up to date in the CRM
Actively building pipeline and leads alongside marketing and the channel and ensuring high quality customer development
Providing accurate forecasting
Staying aware of product updates and refining technical understanding
Building awareness on special projects or events
Qualification
Required
Demonstrate excellent communication skills across a range of channels including - email, live chat and phone
Are meticulously organised and able to follow processes
Are interested in starting a career in sales
Are naturally self-motivated and target driven
Enjoy being coached to improve your skills and experience
Have experience in a customer facing role (preferrable)
Preferred
Experience using SalesForce, Outreach and Zendesk
Interest in the technology sector
