Responsibilities
Work closely with Intake and Managing Attorneys to evaluate potential claims and defendants
Draft and serve PAGA notices
Prepare employment-related complaints
Conduct detailed personnel file reviews
Perform legal research and factual investigations
Manage a high volume of employment matters in a fast-paced, plaintiff-side environment
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
Active California State Bar membership
1–3 years of experience in employment law, class actions, PAGA, and/or litigation (strongly preferred)
Strong drafting, research, and proofreading skills
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Preferred
Experience in plaintiff-side employment litigation
Comfort working in a high-volume, deadline-driven practice
Interest in long-term growth within employment law
