BuildClient Partnerships: Nurture collaborative, trust-based relationships with clients, maximizing satisfaction and driving long-term value

Actas Agile Product Owner: Lead agile teams in sprint planning, backlog management, and user story creation—inspiring high performance and value delivery through platforms like Jira

Required

Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a closely related field

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

10+ years' experience in product management, including market research, road mapping, client relations, and strategic product planning

5+ years as a Product Manager/Product Owner in Agile software development, with proven expertise in backlog management, user story creation, and sprint execution (Jira or similar)

3+ years leading cloud-based AI product delivery, overseeing user research, roadmap execution, and enhancing AI model interpretability and usability

1 + years of experience with AI engineering collaboration and governance, including defining model requirements, ensuring product-market fit, and applying ethical AI practices

Ability to work onsite at our client's site in Sacramento, CA

Ability to travel 20 - 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
