Responsibilities

Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children aged 2-18

Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure high-quality treatment delivery

Develop and oversee evidence-based behavior intervention plans

Collaborate with caregivers, educators, and interdisciplinary team members to enhance patient outcomes

Deliver services in both clinical and community settings, including schools and other natural environments

Qualification

BCBA certificationApplied Behavior AnalysisMaster's degree in PsychologySupervision skillsCollaboration skills

Required

Master's degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field

Active BCBA certification or eligible for state licensure

Preferred

Prior BCBA experience is preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply!
