Responsibilities
Design and specify HVAC control systems, including valve and actuator sizing
Select instrumentation and develop P&IDs, control schematics, and installation drawings
Create instrument datasheets and support vendor RFQs and evaluations
Partner with mechanical, automation, and field teams during construction and commissioning
Troubleshoot control and valve performance issues to support uptime and operations
Qualification
Required
2–5 years of controls or instrumentation engineering experience
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, control valves, and ANSI standards
Experience with PLCs (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Beckhoff) and HMI platforms (Ignition preferred)
Familiarity with AutoCAD/Revit and industrial networks (Ethernet/IP, Profinet)
