Responsibilities

Configure and implement LabWare LIMS 8.0, with a primary focus on the Raw Materials workstream
Lead end-to-end configuration activities, including requirements gathering, design, build, testing, and deployment
Work closely with QA, QC, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure compliance with cGxP regulations
Provide technical guidance and leadership during project execution
Support validation documentation and ensure system compliance with regulatory standards
Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide status updates

Required

Strong experience with LabWare LIMS 8.0 (mandatory)
Proven experience configuring Raw Materials workstream from scratch
Experience working in a cGxP-regulated pharmaceutical environment (mandatory)
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently in both remote and onsite environments
Experience supporting LIMS validation activities is a plus

Preferred

Prior consulting experience in pharma or life sciences
Onsite availability in California (preferred but not mandatory)
