Responsibilities
Support research efforts for internal tools used by sales teams, including evaluating new AI features
Conduct studies on user needs, tool usability, and workflow effectiveness
Analyze market, consumer, and competitor data to guide product direction
Forecast and track marketing or usage trends, deriving clear insights
Develop methods for gathering data (surveys, polls, questionnaires)
Measure the impact of digital tools, communication strategies, and product enhancements
Present findings clearly to stakeholders and influence business decisions
Work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
Contribute to continuous improvements in processes and research methodologies
Qualification
Required
5–7 years of experience in usability research, marketing analysis, or related fields
Strong written and verbal communication skills—able to present to multiple audiences
Proven ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and drive insights
Experience preparing and delivering structured portfolio/project presentations
Understanding of research techniques, data collection methods, and user behavior analysis
Basic knowledge of marketing principles, product positioning, and consumer engagement
Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
