Responsibilities
Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities for multiple entities
Manage full-cycle accounting processes, including preparation and review of journal entries, reconciliations, and intercompany activity
Analyze financial statements, research variances, and ensure adherence to accounting standards and internal controls
Support accounting for complex ownership structures, returns, and capital activity
Assist with transactions involving changes in ownership, capital events, and related reporting
Coordinate with leadership on reporting requirements and support preparation of tax-related schedules
Handle cash management activities, including transfers, forecasting, and monitoring liquidity needs
Support financial aspects of acquisitions, dispositions, and refinancing events
Maintain relationships with financial institutions and assist with audit-related requests
Participate in setting up and closing accounts as needed
Contribute to internal and external audit processes
Conduct technical accounting research and prepare supporting documentation
Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance systems, and increase reporting efficiency
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
5+ years of accounting experience; experience with multi-entity environments preferred
Strong understanding of GAAP and complex accounting structures
Background in treasury functions and transaction-related accounting
Advanced Excel proficiency, including pivot tables and complex formulas
Familiarity with intercompany accounting, consolidations, and entity-level reporting
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple deadlines
Effective communication skills across teams and departments
Preferred
Experience with multi-entity environments preferred
Experience with enterprise accounting systems (e.g., Yardi, MRI, or similar platforms) preferred
