Responsibilities
Own two Vehicle System Engineering sprint teams; set agile rituals, backlog priorities, and sprint goals
Maintain and govern the Vehicle Network database, track signals, gateways, bandwidth, latency, and diagnostics across supplier ECUs
Coordinate with Tier-1 suppliers (e.g., braking/steering/suspension) and client ECUs to ensure interface alignment and change control
Lead requirements engineering: author, trace, and baseline System Requirements; manage change requests and impact analyses

Lead the Vehicle System Engineering workstream for the client program as a hands-on SME
Analyze customer-provided system engineering artifacts, close queries, define scope, and drive high-quality deliverables (SoW, architecture updates, requirement baselines) in accelerated timelines
Review and gap-analyze System Engineering artifacts; clarify open questions with customers
Establish ownership of two Vehicle System Engineering sprint teams with clear backlog, cadence, and Definition of Done
Baseline and publish the Vehicle Network database across ECUs and supplier interfaces (CAN/CAN FD/Ethernet)
Deliver first-cut SoW and high-level scoping; align on cost/schedule with delivery
Update System Requirements and Architecture to incorporate Domain Addendum features (Brakes, Steering, Suspension, AV)
Own two Vehicle System Engineering sprint teams; set agile rituals, backlog priorities, and sprint goals
