Responsibilities

Lead legal execution for real estate transactions, financings, and joint ventures

Draft and negotiate purchase agreements, loan documents, leases, and operating agreements

Support capital raising and investor documentation for real estate syndications

Advise on entity structuring and corporate governance

Oversee employment law compliance, HR policies, and employee relations matters

Manage outside counsel and legal risk strategy

J.D. and active bar membership

8+ years of transactional real estate or corporate law experience
