Responsibilities

Provide hands-on and remote support for hardware, software, and peripherals

Troubleshoot complex issues and communicate solutions clearly to end users

Lead small to mid-size IT projects that improve workflows and service delivery

Partner with enterprise IT teams and vendors to resolve issues efficiently

Maintain accurate documentation, inventory, and ServiceNow ticket details

Support audio/visual technology and device imaging with minimal assistance

Uphold and model AdventHealth’s service standards and mission-driven culture

Required

Technical support experience in a dynamic, complex environment

Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows, macOS, mobile devices, and peripherals

Experience with device imaging, workstation management, and IT security best practices

Proven customer service mindset, calm, professional, and solutions-oriented

Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting SLAs

Confidence leading tasks, projects, and end-user education

A minimum of two (2) IT-related certifications from the following list: CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, Cisco CCNA, ISC2 Certified in Cybersecurity (CC), AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate, Microsoft Certified: Fundamentals (Azure, AI, Data, Security, etc.)
