Responsibilities
Hands-on implementation of CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping
Strong understanding of Software & Hardware Asset Lifecycle workflows and processes
Configuration and enhancements on the ServiceNow ITAM modular platform
Develop and configure ServiceNow SAM, including automated asset data population and integrations (SCCM, JAMF, and other sources)
Configure end-to-end SAM Pro processes, including reconciliation, reclamation rules, reports, and workspaces
Hands-on experience implementing HAM Pro, including:
Hardware models
Lifecycle processes
Normalization
Workspace enablement
Basic scripting knowledge to automate processes
Document all development, configurations, and technical details
Prepare technical documentation and training materials
Qualification
Required
10–12 years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform in large, enterprise, multi-tier production environments
12–14 years of total IT industry experience
Hands-on implementation of CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping
Strong understanding of Software & Hardware Asset Lifecycle workflows and processes
Configuration and enhancements on the ServiceNow ITAM modular platform
Develop and configure ServiceNow SAM, including automated asset data population and integrations (SCCM, JAMF, and other sources)
