Responsibilities
Commercial litigation experience (although they would consider a strong candidate coming out of a prestigious clerkship who is a strong writer)
Very strong writing skills. Lots of collaboration on writing but need good writing experience. Prefer 2 samples
Someone who is looking for a long-term opportunity. Partnership is available down the road and need not generate clients
The cases are complex, high stakes, state and federal court cases. Litigation in all states
Although hands-on skills are not required, they are a plus. Hire will be able to take on depositions, oral arguments, court conferences, arbitrations, etc
Qualification
Required
2-5 years of litigation experience (2020-2023)
Commercial litigation experience or strong writing skills from a prestigious clerkship
Very strong writing skills with good writing experience
Looking for a long-term opportunity
Preferred
2 writing samples
Hands-on skills such as taking depositions, oral arguments, court conferences, arbitrations
Benefits
10k automatic if hit 1800 hours.
Merit bonuses also given based on performance. Range is usually 10-40k but could be more.
Everyone gets something at year end.
