Responsibilities
Design, develop, and support Hyland OnBase ECM solutions
Build and enhance OnBase Workflows, WorkView, Unity Forms, E-Forms, and User Forms
Develop integrations using OnBase APIs (Unity, Core, Automation)
Create and maintain .NET applications, web applications, and web services
Perform OnBase system administration, upgrades, and maintenance
Develop custom reports and dashboards using SQL Server
Provide production support (Level 2/3) and troubleshoot ECM issues
Work closely with business users for requirements analysis and solution design
Support migrations, upgrades, and conversions from legacy DMS to OnBase
Prepare technical documentation, test cases, and provide QA/UAT support
Qualification
Required
