Start in 2026 SummerNJM Insurance Group is offering a Paid Summer Intern Program for 2026, aimed at providing meaningful work and opportunities for learning and growth. The I.T. Workday Technical Intern will assist technical teams in developing and improving test automation scripts while learning about Human Resources and Finance business processes.

Responsibilities
Developing and making improvements to test automation scripts and design
Working with other functional and technical team members to learn Human Resources & Finance business processes to implement automation tests
Working with the lead to learn automation framework
Creating automated test scripts to test Workday application
Executing automated tests to support project delivery teams
Qualification
Required
Rising senior or junior pursuing a bachelor's degree in information technology, cybersecurity or computer science
Some programming background
Adaptable to handle multiple requests at once
Work in a team-oriented environment
Minimum of a cumulative 3.0 GPA or higher (3.5 or above is preferred)
Commutable to our West Trenton, New Jersey office
Preferred
3.5 or above GPA
