Responsibilities

Supports Scrum team(s) in delivery of sprint goals and iterative delivery of software solutions that deliver business value. Partners with the product owner to support product backlog definition, refinement, and prioritization of work into sprints
Creates dashboards, gathers metrics, measures, and monitors team progress; disseminates relevant project information including action items to necessary stakeholders
Facilitates daily stand-up meetings to track and remove roadblocks for the scrum team, and escalates issues in a timely manner
Creates, revises, and executes timelines as appropriate to ensure projects are on track
Sets concrete goals for a sprint, including deadlines for completion and metrics to determine success
Ensures the work implemented by delivery pod and application teams adheres to the steps and procedures outlined within the definition of done (DoD) framework
Facilitates the sprint review of product increment planning by the scrum team
Collaborates with program management on process improvement initiatives; supports retrospectives
Develops and presents sprint level reports (ex burnups, cumulative flows, velocity charts) to technology and business stakeholders
Performs other duties as assigned

Required

A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science)
2 – 4 years of related experience
SAFe Scrum Master Certification Certified Agile Practitioner, or equivalent certifications required
Knowledge of Agile Leadership
Knowledge of Agile Management
Knowledge of Agile Software Development
Knowledge of Agile Testing
Knowledge of Project Management
Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle
Experience with JIRA
Experience with Project Management
Experience with Stakeholder Management
Experience with User Story
Intermediate - Seeks to acquire knowledge in area of specialty
Intermediate - Ability to identify basic problems and procedural irregularities, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
Intermediate - Ability to work independently

Preferred

SAFe Scrum Master Certification preferred
