Responsibilities
Receiving and signing for deliveries, compare purchase orders with invoices and packaging lists
Organize and store received items in appropriate areas, update inventory with received items
Process and record corresponding transactions in Oracle
Work collaboratively with the team to resolve any discrepancies
Handling returns of miss-shipped or damaged merchandise
Other duties as assigned by manager
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED
1-2 years of receiving experience in a distribution or warehouse environment or similar experience
Experience with Warehouse Management Systems, Spreadsheet and ERP, preferably Oracle
Basic math skills, and the ability to utilize sound judgment and reasoning capabilities to resolve problems
Good interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and in a team environment
Ability to communicate, both orally and written, in a professional manner
Ability to lift up to 60lbs
Ability to work and operate a pallet jack
At times may be required to work outside normal working hours
