Collaborating with operations to determine best strategy in responding to an RFQ / RFP
Developing relevant proposal materials (firm profile, resumes, project sheets, etc.)
Editing content to ensure quality, accuracy, readability, etc
Transforming text-heavy narratives into visual/graphical responses
Preparing teams for client presentations
Performing market research
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications
Proficient in Adobe InDesign
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 including PowerPoint, Word and Excel
Proficient in Adobe Photoshop (an extensive knowledge of the program is a plus, but not a requirement)
Proficient in company opportunity management software
Ability to collaborate with operations to determine best strategy in responding to an RFQ / RFP
Ability to develop relevant proposal materials (firm profile, resumes, project sheets, etc.)
Ability to edit content to ensure quality, accuracy, readability, etc
Ability to transform text-heavy narratives into visual/graphical responses
Ability to prepare teams for client presentations
Ability to perform market research
Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment
Willingness to travel sporadically, generally occurring 1-3 days at a time
