Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement short- and long-term plans aligned with organizational goals. Analyze regional performance trends and integrate best practices
Budgeting & Financial Management: Prepare and manage regional budgets, monitor fiscal performance, and implement strategies for profitability and efficiency
Team Leadership: Hire, mentor, and evaluate agency administrators and key staff. Foster a collaborative, performance-driven culture and provide leadership training
Clinical Oversight: Partner with clinical leaders to ensure high standards of patient care and address complex care issues
Regulatory Compliance: Oversee QAPI programs, audits, and surveys. Ensure adherence to Medicare Conditions of Participation and state/federal regulations
Community Relations: Build strong relationships with referral sources, payers, and community stakeholders. Represent the organization in professional forums
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
Registered Nurse licensed in all states within the region
Minimum 2 years in Home Health, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
Active patient contact within the past 3 years
Strong leadership, financial management, and compliance expertise
