Required

6+ years financial analysis experience

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field + 3 years relevant experience in financial analysis

Equivalency: Associate's Degree + 5 years relevant experience; OR 7 years relevant experience. Bachelor's in finance or accounting

Strong analytical and quantitative skills; knowledge of federal budgeting and accounting principles; experience with financial systems (e.g., STARS, PICS:NE); proficient in Microsoft Excel for financial modeling and reporting

Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools

Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills for effective team management

Outstanding time management and prioritization abilities to meet project milestones

Adaptability to changing project requirements and priorities

Ability to multi-task and pay close attention to detail

Excellent analytical, organizational and time management skills

Strong communication skills, both oral and written
