Responsibilities

Act as the bridge between manufacturing teams and enterprise systems (ERP & MES)

Analyze and optimize end-to-end manufacturing processes, from production planning through execution

Gather, document, and translate business requirements into functional system solutions

Support and enhance ERP and MES platforms, ensuring alignment with operational needs

Partner with cross-functional teams to improve data flow, system integration, and reporting

Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process and system improvements

Support system enhancements, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives

Required

5–7+ years of Business Analyst experience in a manufacturing environment

Strong functional expertise in ERP and MES systems

Hands-on experience with Oracle Applications ERP (preferred); SAP or Dynamics 365 also acceptable

Experience supporting or working closely with MES platforms

Solid understanding of manufacturing operations, including Production planning, Shop floor control, Quality processes, Inventory management, Material traceability

Strong business process analysis and documentation skills

Proven ability to translate business needs into practical system solutions

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Experience collaborating with Operations, IT, Engineering, and Quality teams
