Responsibilities
Manage assigned cases from intake through resolution (90% electronic files)
Open, organize, and maintain case files
Request, review, and compile medical records, bills, and incident reports
Maintain statutes, deadlines, and case calendars
Assist with client communication and investigations
Coordinate insurance benefits (PIP, health insurance, defense PIP)
Identify and manage liens and subrogation claims (including Medicare)
Prepare settlement demand packages
Assist with discovery, motions, pleadings, and filings
Support trial preparation, trial readiness, and post-trial tasks
Assist with settlement disbursements and lien negotiations
Rarely assist with appellate matters at the state and federal level
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 3 years of personal injury paralegal experience
Typing speed 55+ WPM
Proficiency with Word, Clio, and Excel (additional technology experience a plus)
