Engineering Commercialization Leader

Responsibilities

Serving as the primary liaison between Engineering & Manufacturing Technology and selected high-priority new product development teams
Coordinate early involvement of capital engineering, automation, and manufacturing experts
Assess manufacturability of priority concepts and translate requirements into clear technical needs. This includes internal and/or 3rd party manufacturing
Facilitate decision‑making on capability gaps, investment needs, and technology deployment
Monitor progress toward capital accuracy, launch readiness and resolve cross‑functional issues
Ensure reasonable capital estimates are used during build a business case gate of NPIs and updated estimates are used as the project progresses through subsequent gates
Ensure product launch dates are aligned with capital project timelines
Own the view of all capex associated with NPIs providing visibility to projects with cost/schedule risk and actively work with teams on mitigation plans

Required

Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering (completed and verified prior to start)
Ten (10) years of management experience in capital engineering, product commercialization, manufacturing technology leadership, or product development environments

Preferred

Manufacturing plant leadership experience
Strong project management, communication, and cross‑functional leadership skills
Ability to translate complex technical information between diverse teams
