Responsibilities
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and business objectives
Sourcing candidates through various channels, including databases, social media, and networking events
Conducting interviews, assessing candidate qualifications, and presenting suitable candidates to clients
Negotiating offers, managing the onboarding process, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle
Monitoring industry trends and maintaining an up-to-date understanding of market conditions to advise clients effectively
Providing ongoing support and follow-up post-placement to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
Collaboration with internal teams and continuous improvement of recruitment strategies
Qualification
Required
bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
minimum of 2-3 years demonstrating success in similar roles
