Project Management Coordinator
Parish Construction & Roofing is seeking a Project Coordinator to support their production team by managing jobs from start to finish. This role involves coordinating schedules, communicating with customers and internal teams, tracking job progress, and ensuring projects run smoothly and on time.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage roofing and construction projects from scheduling through completion
Communicate with customers to confirm schedules, provide updates, and ensure a smooth project experience
Translate work orders, customer notes, and job details between English and Spanish as needed
Schedule jobs, crews, materials, and inspections in collaboration with the production team
Track job progress and update internal systems with accurate, timely information
Serve as a point of contact between customers, production managers, field crews, and office staff
Ensure all job details, documents, and timelines are properly organized and maintained
Identify scheduling conflicts or delays and communicate solutions proactively
Assist with work orders, job files, and project documentation
Support the production team with daily administrative and coordination needs
Qualification
Required
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment
Clear and professional communication skills (phone, email, and in-person)
Bilingual English/Spanish — speaking and writing
Comfortable communicating with customers and supporting field operations
Attention to detail and follow-through
Proficient with computers and job management software (or willing to learn)
Preferred
Previous experience in construction, roofing, or project coordination is a plus, but not required
