Responsibilities
Work with senior customer stakeholders to comprehend the customer’s business goals, processes, operations, and expectations
Clearly define opportunities to deliver value to the customer by executing management consulting projects
Develop customer proposals, demonstrating a clear understanding of the needs and objectives, approach and solution, plus the commercial construct to deliver projects
Develop engagement strategies and present findings and recommendations to team members
Plan and lead the execution of project engagements
Conduct quality management oversight of project deliverables
Develop content to leverage in business development opportunities with prospective customers
Actively build a network of potential customers by utilizing social media, attending seminars and conferences, and through referrals
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in life sciences or business
Consulting management experience in the life sciences, pharmaceutical/biotech consulting, or equivalent industry
Experience working in one or more R&D operational roles either in industry or consulting
Engagement management experience
Strong presentation and business development skills
Preferred
Master's degree in life sciences or business
