Define and drive multi-year program roadmaps for the server applications under this role’s responsibility
Coordinate among business and engineering teams to clearly define requirements, confirm application software and system integration design approach, and deliver solutions and enhancements

Qualification

Required

At least 4+ years driving application development, or platform engineering programs
Proven track record of leading multi-team programs in highly available, large-scale distributed systems or cloud environments
Proficient with software development processes, D2P, and system integrations

Preferred

10+ years of experience in technical program management, service delivery, or engineering leadership
Demonstrated success in executive stakeholder management and influencing without direct authority
Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills
