They are seeking a Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative to assist customers in selecting products, process orders, and support the outside sales team in various customer-related activities.

Responsibilities
Welcome and greet customers through various communication channels
Market product offerings and events through telephone and digital communication
Enhances and maintains sales and relationships with existing customer accounts
Develops relationships with and gains sales with new and current customers
Assess customer needs and offer appropriate products and solutions
Excellent multi-tasking skills and communication skills
Answers telephone for sales department
Quote prices and prepare sales orders
Company computer applications skills (Cloudsuite, Outlook, Word & Excel)
Works with outside sales representatives to keep customer account activities up to date, and, to investigate and resolve customer problems
Support the outside sales team and perform various administrative tasks such as price quotes, orders, returns, and billing inquiries
Excellent multi-tasking, communication, and interpersonal skills
Bilingual in Spanish a plus!
Effective time management and detail oriented
Team player with willingness to learn and adapt to new situations
Authorized to work for any employer in the US without sponsorship for any length of time
Ability to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug test
