Responsibilities
Build & Architect: Design scalable, secure financial intelligence systems using Agentic AI strategies
Scale the Team: Hire and lead the initial engineering team (growing from 2 to 10+)
Ship Code: Remain hands-on. You will code, review, and deploy
Strategize: Define the technical roadmap, including multi-agent systems and proprietary AI models
Qualification
Required
4+ years of engineering experience with a track record of shipping 0→1 products
3+ years in engineering leadership or the passion to be a great leader
Deep expertise in LLMs, Agents, RAG, and fine-tuning
Experience in wealth management, private wealth, or financial data infrastructure
Willing to work remotely and travel occasionally to local events and international clients
