Responsibilities
Provide administrative assistance to the financial advisor, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and handling correspondence
Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing information, and ensuring a high level of client service
Prepare and process various financial documents, including account forms, reports, and presentations
Maintain accurate client records, update databases, and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
Organize and coordinate client meetings, ensuring all necessary materials are prepared and available
Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements in all administrative processes
Support the financial advisor with special projects and initiatives as needed
