Responsibilities
Scaling a Mature Global Leader
Looking for specialists to fill two specific functions within permanent / direct hire recruitment: Engineering (Sales/BD Focus) and Construction (360 or Delivery)
Must have a background in the Construction Recruitment market. We have had significant success with recruiters from large-scale global firms (e.g., ex-Michael Page) who are looking for a more mature, less 'metric-heavy' environment
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience with a single firm, showing clear internal progression
Proven annual billings of $250k+
Expert in Sales/BD for the Engineering role
Background in the Construction Recruitment market for the Construction role
Preferred
Experience from large-scale global firms (e.g., ex-Michael Page)
Ability to work in a professional, mature culture
Willingness to work in the UK office during the transition period
