Sr. Manager of Performance Marketing
Dorel Juvenile is seeking a Sr. Manager of Performance Marketing to oversee development and execution of all digital growth marketing efforts across their branded websites. This role will focus on various digital advertising channels to drive revenue growth through collaboration with multiple teams and external agencies.
Responsibilities
Own the performance & lifecycle marketing programs for our portfolio of brands and select retail partners
Manage omni-retail marketers who manage retail partners such as Amazon, Walmart, Target, & Babylist
Lead the development, execution and optimization of full-funnel advertising strategies across our marketing mix – including paid search, paid social, affiliate, display, CTV, and Email/SMS
Partner with external media agencies to develop and drive strategy while ensuring that performance across all placements is meeting goals and profitability targets
Manage the forecasting and tracking of budgets for digital media plans – collaborating with Finance to ensure proper pacing throughout the year
Monitor campaign performance, extract insights, and continuously optimized to drive efficiency in media placements through the funnel
Explore new areas of opportunity, ensuring that we are always testing into new mediums where we can speak to the target audience
Collaborate with Brand and Creative teams to connect upper-funnel storytelling with performance impact throughout the customer journey
Partner with IT to ensure all tracking, coding, and tags are working properly
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field
4-6 years of experience and 2+ years of people management experience. Agency experience a plus
Technical proficiency required in Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Meta Business Manager. Experience in other social advertising platforms, Google Tag Manager, and Google Merchant Center a plus
Experience with email marketing through Klayvio
Deep working knowledge across all digital marketing channels
Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel.)
Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and ever-changing environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong presentation capabilities
Must be able to set the tone for channel specific creative/messaging approach to drive success while collaborating with Marketing & Sales partners to write briefs, execute campaigns, and create recap reports
Excellent analytical skills
Strong project management skills with the ability to supervise multiple projects
Ability to customize management style to lead and inspire teams
