As a Contract and Licensing Consultant, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to advisors regarding appointment requests and licensing, while managing agent records and communications with insurance carriers.

Responsibilities

Review and process all requests for appointments and licensing submitted by our advisors
Create, update, and maintain all agent records
Follow up on pending contracts and appointments with insurance carriers
Answer phone calls and emails regarding agents’ questions in a timely manner

Qualification

PC proficiencyInsurance services experienceFinancial services experienceCustomer service experienceCommunication skillsProblem-solving skillsTime management

Required

Strong communication skills
Ability to interact with all personality types and with all levels of staff
Problem-solving and decision-making skills
Time management with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
PC proficiency, ability to work on several platforms at once

Preferred

Bachelor's degree
Prior experience working in either the insurance services industry or financial services industry
Previous customer service experience
