Responsibilities

Design and optimize manufacturing and packaging processes, equipment layouts, and automation systems
Lead or support installation, validation, and modification of automated equipment
Program and troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, and inspection/vision systems
Support automation technicians and resolve complex equipment or control issues
Drive continuous improvement, CAPA actions, and equipment efficiency initiatives
Lead small capital projects and manage equipment specification, procurement, and integration

Qualification

Required

5–10 years of manufacturing engineering experience
Strong background in controls and high-speed packaging equipment
