Process and manage multi-jurisdiction payroll accurately and on time
Maintain payroll systems, records, and compliance standards
Oversee payroll tax filings, year-end reporting, and audits
Supervise payroll staff and support employee inquiries
Reconcile labor hours, deductions, and benefit-related payroll items
Produce payroll reports and KPI metrics for leadership
Qualification
Required
4+ years of payroll experience; leadership experience preferred
Strong knowledge of payroll regulations, taxes, and GAAP
Proficiency in payroll/ERP systems and Microsoft Office
Excellent accuracy, communication, and organizational skills
