Responsibilities

Support new business development efforts through outbound and inbound sales activities
Research and identify potential customers and partners
Assist with managing and updating the sales pipeline and CRM
Participate in product demonstrations and follow up on customer questions
Learn Windcave’s products and payment solutions to confidently discuss them with prospects
Support the sales team in achieving team sales targets
Attend industry events and trade shows to help generate new leads and build relationships

Required

Legal right to work in the United States (no sponsorship)
1–2+ years of experience in sales, customer success, business development, or a related role

Comfortable with outreach activities such as cold calling and email prospecting
Strong communication skills and a collaborative team mindset

Preferred

Exposure to fintech, SaaS, or technology sales is an advantage, but not required
Bachelor's degree preferred, but not essential
