They are seeking a hands-on and detail-oriented Procurement Manager to manage day-to-day procurement for their restaurant supply chain, involving sourcing, vendor communication, and pricing negotiations to ensure product quality and supply continuity.

Responsibilities

The Procurement Manager – Other Foods will lead strategic sourcing activities for all non-protein-based food items and assist on proteins projects as required
This individual will have direct experience sourcing a broad range of food categories and can quickly synthesize new information for new products
Along with the Director of Procurement this role will develop and implement near and long-term strategic sourcing projects
Engage cross functionally with the Supply Chain Brand Support Team and Brands directly to provide vendor and product expertise
Act as a liaison with the Culinary Team to support new product development and manage the implementation of new products from vendors
Ensure continuity of supply from vendors including transportation to food and paper distributors
Work with the Brand Support team to accurately forecast production plans in support of new product launches, limited time offerings, and other marketing initiatives
Budget annually for all items purchased
Track and report financial performance of all managed items to the Director of Procurement so that they can provide consolidated reporting to the finance team
Support the Supply Chain Brand Support teams as required

Required

Ability to work cross functionally with all business departments
A Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or supply chain management
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
3 years of procurement experience
