InfoStride is seeking a highly skilled NetSuite Business Systems Analyst to drive business process improvements and system enhancements for their Order to Cash operations. The ideal candidate will work cross-functionally with various teams to design, implement, and optimize NetSuite solutions while ensuring seamless integrations with other enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Finance, SalesOps, and IT to enhance Order to Cash (O2C) processes in NetSuite

Define and implement billing solutions, including subscription, usage-based, and one-time billing models

Ensure accurate invoicing, collections, and payment processing in NetSuite

Configure and optimize NetSuite’s Advanced Revenue Management (ARM) module

Ensure compliance with ASC 606 and other accounting standards for revenue recognition

Partner with Finance to automate revenue reporting and reconciliation

Work with IT and third-party vendors to ensure smooth integrations between NetSuite and CRM, CPQ, payment gateways, tax engines, and other SaaS applications

Support GTM (Go-To-Market) strategies by aligning systems with pricing models, discount structures, and sales workflows

Optimize workflows for quote-to-cash, contract management, and renewals

Gather and document business requirements, translating them into NetSuite configurations and enhancements

Work with technical teams to design, test, and deploy system improvements

Conduct user training and provide ongoing support to Finance, Sales, and Revenue Operations teams
