Manage inbound and outbound sales activities to identify and develop opportunities
Develop and execute territory plans to achieve growth objectives
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase Waters’ solutions
Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers by understanding their application needs and providing tailored solutions
Track sales metrics, maintain accurate records in CRM systems, and provide timely updates on pipeline status
Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to support customer engagement and drive product adoption
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a scientific, technical, or business-related field
Minimum of 2 years of sales or customer-facing experience, preferably in a technical or laboratory environment
Proficiency in CRM tools and virtual communication platforms
Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to team objectives
