Responsibilities
Oversee all daily office operations, ensuring a smooth and professional environment
Manage billing and invoicing
Maintain compliance with FMCSA and DOT regulations for physical exams and drug testing
Coordinate and manage the random drug testing consortium and employee selection pools
Monitor and update patient and testing records in accordance with regulatory guidelines
Manage employee schedules and clinic workflow to ensure optimal staff coverage
Ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting for all occupational health services
Serve as the liaison between staff, clients, and regulatory agencies
Support leadership with strategic planning and operational improvements
Qualification
Required
Previous experience in office management, preferably in a medical or occupational health setting
Strong knowledge of FMCSA and DOT compliance standards
Experience with drug and alcohol testing protocols and consortium/random pool management
Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
Proficiency with office software and medical record systems
Ability to manage a team and maintain a positive, professional work environment
Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to compliance and accuracy
