Responsibilities
Handle a variety of cases, including representing clients in court

Collaborate with clients, colleagues, and court personnel
Qualification
Required
Licensed to practice law in Texas and California
Minimum 2 years of experience practicing law
Strong legal research and analytical skills
Proficiency in drafting legal documents and case strategies
Excellent communication and negotiation skills; high EQ and IQ
Experience in criminal defense and civil litigation highly desirable
J.D. from an accredited law school
Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment
Fluency in Spanish or Chinese is a strong plus
Willingness to travel on short notice and work occasional overtime
Preferred
Familiarity with PracticePanther case management system (training available)
