Legal Recruiter Account Manager
Oculus Group is expanding its Legal Recruiting and Business Development practice and is seeking a Full-Desk 360 Legal Recruiter. The role involves managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, developing new business opportunities, and building long-term client relationships in the legal sector.
Responsibilities
Develop new business opportunities with AM100/AM200 firms, boutique/mid-size practices, and in-house legal departments
Execute full-cycle recruiting — sourcing, screening, and placing attorneys, partners, and senior legal professionals
Deliver executive search services for law firm and corporate legal leadership roles
Build and maintain long-term client relationships, serving as a consultative partner on market trends, hiring strategies, and talent needs
Leverage recruiting technology, market mapping, and data analytics to identify and engage top legal talent
Collaborate with team members and contribute to the growth of our expanding legal recruiting practice
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting within the legal or professional services sector
Strong background in business development and account management, with a track record of building and managing client relationships
Experience in executive search and candidate placement (law firm partners, associates, or in-house counsel preferred)
Prior Agency experience with successful track record of closure (billables)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Entrepreneurial mindset and desire to grow within a fast-expanding practice
