Responsibilities
Assist in developing and ensure packaging graphics comply with government regulations, meet Marketing objectives and follow corporate mandates before releasing to printer
Responsible for artwork routing and approval
Responsible for artwork to be accurate and released on time to adhere to strict deadlines
Releasing artwork in Widen
Establishes and maintains effective team relationships with all support departments
Partner with designers and creative leads to ensure artwork meets brand standards and project requirements
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues to maintain quality and accuracy
Collaborate with vendors, printers, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution
Maintain documentation, version control, and an organized workflow
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Production or relevant discipline
3+ years of project management experience
Demonstrated success in prioritizing and balancing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in PC based programs Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word
Ability to prepare written directives to outside vendors
Demonstrated ability to influence and direct work through others using tact
Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, with problem-solving skills who pays very close attention to accuracy and detail
Handle a fast-paced environment, follow instructions, and work with tight deadlines
Excellent listening and communication skills
Take constructive feedback
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong understanding of print and/or digital production processes
Strong Organizational Skills: manage multiple projects and maintain organized files to streamline the production process
Strong communication and collaboration abilities
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality
Preferred
Food CPG background
Proficiency in SAP and BLUE Enterprise
Workfront Experience
Proficiency in Mac based platforms and Adobe Creative Suite
