Responsibilities
Own digital design work for a dedicated business line, from initial concept through final delivery
Partner closely with copywriters, strategists, and cross-functional teams to create cohesive experiences
Participate in brand and experience strategy conversations
Translate business needs and requirements into clear, thoughtful design solutions
Create and present design concepts aligned with brand standards and objectives
Produce high-quality, pixel-accurate designs using Figma
Maintain consistency and quality across all digital touchpoints
Collaborate effectively in a remote, fast-paced environment
Qualification
Required
7+ years of professional digital design experience
Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma and related tools
Prior consulting experience specifically within Life Sciences and/or Healthcare
Strong concepting skills with the ability to articulate design rationale
Experience contributing to or discussing brand strategy at a high level
Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with partners
Ability to present a strong portfolio required
